I left my husband's ring there to be repaired only, and I also left a piece of gold that had been cut from my ring, but when he went to pick it up, he received the ring with almost half the width it had and much lighter. I went there to complain and they wanted me to leave mine with them, but I would never do that. In summary, I lost R$40.00 for the poorly done service and at least 1g of gold must have gone away, because they did not reimburse anything. But God is just, dishonesty does not take anyone far.

I tried to find out if they did welding at Romannel. They told me they did indeed do the welding on plated items. I left my chain and when I went to pick it up I was disappointed with the result. They did a silver weld, causing a big contrast. .. And the worst part is the guy dripped weld in other places on the chain. Right away I went back to complain, they claimed that they don't do the weld in the same color... So why didn't they say that before?? After doing a shoddy job they inform me!! Place with a terrible musty smell and cramped. And the worst part is they do a shoddy job!!
